Do you accept cancellations, exchanges or returns?

At this time I do not accept cancellations, exchanges or returns. If there is an issue with your order please contact me immediately and I do my best to remedy it.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

I ship orders as soon as possible, with some even leaving my hands the same day you place your order, unfortunately I have noticed a significant delay in USPS processing times. I have some orders that are delivered in 3 days and others are taking weeks. I ask that you have patience as their delivery is beyond my control. If you have not received your order 2 weeks after the projected delivery date please message me so we can work together to resolve any issues. Thank you.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes, all of the hooks and studs are either 925 Silver or Stainless Steel.
